Terms and conditions

The term Massage does not in any way correspond to the legal definition given by the regulatory provisions of article R. 4321-3 of the Health Code. It is recalled here that medical, sports or therapeutic massages can only be performed by doctors or physiotherapists. Sylvie Pham & Julien Traineau are independent well-being masseurs, their services are for the purposes of relaxation and well-being.
 

• OBJECT
  The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of Sylvie PHAM and her client. Signing or paying online entails the customer's adherence to the GCS and their unreserved acceptance. This Agreement comes into force on the date of signature by the parties. The customer declares to have full legal capacity, allowing him to engage under these general conditions of sale.
   

• PACKAGE
  Bubble escape zen offers nominative packages, so the hours cannot be given to a third party. The period of validity of the wellness program from the date of signature is 1 month for the 3 hour package and 2 months for the 5 hour package.
  The customer reserves either by email contact@bulledebebezen.com, or by text at 06.99.16.06.69. A confirmation text message will act as an agreement to agree on the reservation 12 hours before the said service.
  In the event of non-use of hours during the period, the hours are not carried over to the following month and will be considered as used.
   

•  RIGHT TO RETRACT
  In accordance with Law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 relating to consumption, the customer has a period of fourteen clear days from the date of signature. Exercising the right of withdrawal will result in a refund of the package minus the hours consumed reduced to the price of an individual session. After this withdrawal period, the hours will be due, and non-refundable, the hours consumed will be re-calculated according to the pricing of an individual session.
   

• CANCELLATION OF SESSION / PACKAGE -   STOP OF THE SESSION / WORKSHOP
  Sylvie PHAM reserves the right to terminate this contract for non-regularity of the program and/or   to end a session/workshop (sophrology, reiki, yoga and pilates for the following reasons: person presenting symptoms, embarrassing behavior, inappropriate request / gesture or nuances of a sexual nature. The package or paid hour will be automatically terminated resulting in the loss of hours and will not be refundable. The hours consumed will be calculated according to the pricing of an individual session .  According to law n° 2012-387, any payment and collection incident is liable to penalties of 40 euros.

• DELAY/ POSTPONEMENT/ CANCELLATION.
  If the client is late, the duration of the scheduled session will be reduced in proportion to the time of delay so as not to penalize subsequent clients. The customer can postpone / cancel the appointment 12  (twelve) hours before the scheduled time; after this time the hours will be deducted from the package.
   

• APPLICABLE LAW
  This contract is subject to French law.
   

• COMPUTING AND FREEDOM
  Bulle de Bébé Zen may collect personal data concerning the user of the site. They may be subject to computer processing. Bulle de Bébé zen keeps this data for the purposes of order management, customer and prospect file management, customer relationship monitoring and prospecting and/or management of commercial or promotional operations.
  In accordance with the Data Protection Act n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right to delete data concerning him, any information concerning him may be modified or deleted, the request must be made by email to contact @bulledebebezen.com. This data is for single use, and will not be resold to a third party.
